Initial conversations begin about the need for a unified student safety platform after rising concerns around campus incidents and student wellbeing.

Research and feedback collection from students, parents, and universities help shape the concept for a dedicated safety app and council-led initiatives.

Development of the Student Safety App begins. Focus groups with students across multiple universities contribute to the app's design and features.

Launch of the Student Safety Council, with a mission to advocate for safer student environments and influence national dialogue around student wellbeing.

Official launch of the Student Safety App – designed to empower students with safety tools, live alerts, anonymous reporting, and check-in features.

Campus Safety Ambassadors

Campus Safety Ambassadors Programme

We aim to empower students to become safety advocates within their institutions. Selected students can receive training to promote the app, run safety awareness events and serve as points of contact for peers who have concerns. This will help to build a peer-led culture of awareness, trust and rapid response.

Council meetings

Student Safety Council Meetings

Board membership includes attending quarterly meetings where key student safety issues are discussed and strategic input is provided to address these challenges. This is a valuable opportunity to shape policies and practices that impact student safety across schools, communities and local authorities.
